Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

·       The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

·       The item must be returned in the original packaging

·       Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

·       Earrings (unless faulty)

·       Sale or clearance items

·       Gift cards

·       Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns for eligible items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
